Our Relaxing Blend has been designed by our aromatherapist to help calm the nerves and promotes relaxation during the day or before bed, to relieve insomnia.
This aromatherapy blend can be diffused around the room or office, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
Composed of 100% therapeutic grade essential oils only – no carrier oil added.
25 mL bottle of undiluted essential oil.
Directions: There are multiple ways to enjoy our Relaxing Blend. You can diffuse the oil in a burner or diffuser, inhale directly from the bottle or add a few drops in your bath or shower for an elevated experience. This blend of essential oils can also be applied by massaging 1 – 2 drops well in to the skin behind each ear during times of intense stress and anxiety. For external use only.
