The trainer offers various resistance settings to which the controller attaches to your handlebars for ease of access. Attach your bike to the machine with the rear wheel nut and use the front wheel brace to eliminate slippage and you’re off to the races.
Made of a heavy duty metal frame and durable components that will allow you to use this as often as you’d like.
