We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sunday Shopping. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process. Please carefully read our Returns Policy below to ensure that you meet all the requirements.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
- Products that are received faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We are committed to ensuring all products meet the standards of quality and reliability expected by our customers.
- Please note, however, that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging (including any tags, manuals, and accessories).
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Items purchased during sales or with discount codes may have specific return conditions, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, etc.)
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)
- Items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@sundayshopping.com.au to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. This is required for all returns.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during shipping. Include the original invoice or packing slip along with the Return Authorization number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Once you have packed the item, send it back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.

Refunds and Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
- If your return is rejected because it does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., the item is opened or damaged), we will notify you and may offer a partial refund or return the item to you at your expense.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If damage is evident upon delivery, customers must refuse the freight keeping appropriate proof of arrival with damage. If they do accept the freight, then clearly mark the delivery receipt with 'D' or 'Damaged' to document the condition of the freight.
- We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include clear photographs of the damage or defect when you contact us to expedite the process. Acceptance of damaged freight without proper documentation may complicate or void the claims process.
Late Returns
Returns made outside of the 14 days return period will not be accepted. Please ensure that you return items within the specified time frame.
