Note: Shade sails need to be installed at 30-degree angles to ensure that water does not pool in the middle of the shade sail, resulting in deterioration. The following will be regarded as user caused damage to the product: over-tightening, stressing the material, storm and/or wind damage, wear caused by rubbing on roofs, external surfaces or tree branches, etc. No mountings or poles are supplied.
